At Blackhawk Supply, we stand behind the quality of our home hardware and HVAC components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
